The Cirque du Soleil’s Cirque Dreams is once again ready to put on perhaps the best holiday-themed theater spectacle there is. Cirque Dreams’ Holidaze is holding a mini-season in Seattle at the Paramount Theatre. One of these shows is going to take place on Saturday, December 7th. They promise to bring to the stage 20 of the world’s most daring acrobatic acts, very much in the style of Cirque du Soleil. That means that you can expect to see high flyers dangling from the ceiling of the Paramount Theatre, ready to fly across the stage. Some of the world’s top balancing acts are also going to be on display.

You have to be “on guard” with Cirque Dreams’ Holidaze. There are a few reasons why that’s the case. As with any Cirque du Soleil show, there may or may not be performers mingling with the crowd that night. Regardless, you have to spot where the action is taking place at any given moment. At times, people get caught up in the wow factor of the acts! Who could blame them here? More than 20 of the world’s top performances are going to take place on stage this Saturday, December 7th. There’s also a storyline with Broadway-worthy musicals that take place in all of this, though. It’s certainly a part of the show that you don’t want to miss. That’s why the key to the best experience is to be on your toes, paying attention to what’s going on.
Another part of the show that kids generally love takes place when all the holiday-themed scenery lights up. This is pretty much the first thing that people see when the curtain comes up. It certainly sets the mood for the rest of the show. Apart from this first moment, there are also a set of all-time favorite holiday characters that are going to be appearing on the stage. Speaking of the Paramount Theater, it’s a beautiful venue with a ton of history. There are a few things you should know, though, especially if you’re going to be here with kids to watch Cirque Dreams’ Holidaze. It could be hard for them to view the stage from some of the back rows in the main floor area. There’s not a ton of elevation there to help them see above people’s heads.
